2 Popular Internet Business Models That Work

Hey it's Xavier and I'm back with a post that is going to outline two fundamental internet marketing business models that work.

Now before I lay them out for you, you have to understand that just because they work doesn't mean they are easy. Don't expect to make a million dollars tomorrow or next year.

But they do work and they involve work to make them happen. How fast or how slow depends on you and yes... that is something you can control.

Enough jabber, let's get on with the methods...

Method #1

The first method involves building simple authority websites in various niches. You've probably seen hundreds of these and the key to making these babies work has to do with how well you do your keyword research and find profitable affiliate products to sell that match those keywords.

It's very easy to build these sites and you can use free blogs like this one, or create your website using Wordpress.org.

Wordpress sites are traffic-friendly websites that are well known for attracting search engine traffic.

Your site doesn't have to be fancy but it does need to contain original content. By original content, I mean that the articles on your site should not be anywhere else online except on your site.

Also you need to create useful content that actually provides some kind of value to the traffic you attract.

Unique original content sprinkled with keywords that have high buyer intention are what will make you money with this model.

You can easily monetize your site with Google's Adsense program or build your site around one or two products that solve a problem in that niche and then work on getting backlinks for additional traffic and search engine rankings. (Don't worry... I'll get into more of the details in upcoming posts.)

Once you know what to look for in a product to promote and build a few of these you'll be able to crank them out systematically for passive profits. Some will flop and others may bring in a few bucks monthly, but the faster you build them, the faster you will create the ones that bring in the big bucks like clockwork.

Method #2

Lead Generation and Email Marketing

This internet marketing business model involves creating a simple but effective one page website designed to capture the leads of your visitors. As each person subscribes they are sent subsequent messages via an email autoresponder.

The autoresponder allows you to load pre-written messages into the software so that they can be delivered automatically at preset intervals that you determine.

I know all that mumbo jumbo may have sounded a bit technical, but it's actually a lot easier than it sounds.

The way to make this work is to be diligent about doing market research. In order to get people to subscribe to your list, you have to offer something of interest to them that will make them want to give you their name and email address.

Typically this would be a free report outlining information that they would be willing to pay for somewhere else.

Once these individuals are on your list you can keep in touch with them once a day, once a week or once a month it's up to you.

The key to success with this business model involves building a relationship with your prospects and marketing useful products that you would be happy to buy.

As your list grows right along with your relationship, the level of influence you will begin to develop can translate into a very steady income in a relatively quick way.

I use the term 'relatively' loosely as I don't know what kind of time and energy you're willing to put in to make it work, but believe me... it works.

So these are the 2 popular internet marketing business models that you can use to start building your online income.

CAUTION: Don't try to do both right away. Pick one and make an effort to really master it before you ending up overwhelming yourself.

Taking Action Won't Mean A Thing Without This...

Hey what's up Xavier here and I want to get something off my chest that you might find useful if it hasn't hurt you already.

What's that?

I'm talking about taking action. If you haven't heard it already, than get ready to hear people say that all you need to do is take action.

What a crock of s***.

For one, this implies that despite the fact the you just spent your hard earned dollar on what was supposed to the latest and greatest kick butt way to make money online...

You're too lazy to put the method to work.

That's a fine howdoyoudo for being a customer isn't it?

Due to much of the faulty training floating around online it's very easy to find yourself 'taking action' on stuff that just don't matter only to find yourself getting nowhere fast.

So here's what I want to tell you today, before you go rushing off 'taking action', make sure you have a plan first. Make sure the plan you have is something you're prepared to do, because if you don't really like what it is you're gonna have to do... make no mistake about it... you're gonna fail.

So take a look around at the various business models and tactics that make them work before you go running off in circles like your hair is on fire.
